Affairs, approximately 30,000 have been digitized and are now on display at the Yokohama
Museum of History as the Yokohama Scarf Archive.
This is a valuable source of
information on scarves made in Yokohama for overseas markets. Digital data is available to
the public, and actual viewing and self-portraits of the original materials are also
available.
With the particular design using the Yokohama scarf archives, we will send out products

the Japanese scarf and was a bustling city.

Hyper Guard Processing
This is a "slip-resistant finish" that adds resistance to friction by
infiltrating a proprietary chemical agent into silk white fabric after scouring and
causing a thermal reaction.
This process reduces deterioration and wrinkling
caused by washing, and maintains the feel, texture, and comfort of silk for a long
period of time.

Flameproofing is a fire prevention treatment that gives a material the ability
to extinguish flames as soon as they are away from the flame, but not immediately when
they are close to it.
Although it is not possible to completely prevent flames
from spreading, the flame retardant finish will slow down the spread of flames, even if
only slightly.

Care Instructions
Product Care
・Due to the nature of the processing, there may be a slight tension at the time of
purchase.
・Please be assured that the original soft texture of silk will be restored after
washing, but the functionality of the fabric will not be lost.
・HyperGuard and fire retardant treatment will gradually lose their effectiveness after
repeated washing.
(The guideline for when the effect begins to fade is after about 10
washes.)
・The "flame retardant finish" is a process to prevent the spread of flame, not a
"nonflammable finish" that does not burn.
・If the product is used when wet with water or perspiration, the color may migrate to other
clothes due to friction.
・The color may discolor when exposed to direct sunlight or fluorescent light for a long
period of time.
Washing method
■Hand wash (recommended)
・Do not rub.
・When dehydrating, do not wring it out,
but press it with the palm of your hand to drain off the water.
■Machine wash
・Please use a laundry net.
・Please use water less than 30 degrees for
washing and do not soak for a long time.
・When ironing, please use a cloth.
How to store
After use, clean or wash the product and remove moisture completely before storing it in a well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight. Store in a well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight.
